I was standing in the center of my kitchen, glaring at the countertop. How did I get here? I wondered. Never had I imagined that I would be making matcha lattes at home — and (surprisingly) finding it so calming. The funny thing is I have no idea who or what influenced me to splurge on all these tools.
And yet, here I am, fully admitting that I have developed a new hobby I never thought I’d enjoy. Making matcha lattes from scratch. From choosing the right type of matcha powder to experimenting with different flavors — every detail has been such a joy to explore.
But I have to admit, this new hobby is definitely expensive. Hembus nafas dalam.
