Hello, my loves. How are you? I hope you had a productive day today. My schedule is quite tight this week with meetings. Yesterday I had a meeting in the afternoon and we wrapped up about an hour later. After that, I took some time to shoot a video of the Dyson Supersonic metal stand that I bought through Shopee. If you don't know yet, you can actually register yourself to join the Shopee Affiliate Program and earn commissions when you promote or share products from Shopee. I've been joining the program for almost two years now. Hence why you will always see me promoting products from Shopee hehe. You can register here if you'd like to join.

Despite my hectic schedule today, I decided to update you all with my homemade Chai Latte Recipe. I had been having it for two days in a row cause it's so good. Now before you scroll down to the recipe part, a little disclaimer, since it's homemade and I'm no barista level, obviously the ingredients and steps are far from perfect. So if you want to adjust things according to your liking, feel free to do so. Anyway, Chai Latte is special to me cause it always brings back good memories of Brisbane.

Ingredients needed:

•   3 black tea bags (Teh Boh)
•   1 cinnamon stick
•   4 cardamom pods (cracked)
•   4 cloves
•   2 bunga lawang
•   1 piece of ginger (thinly sliced)
•   Water
•   Salt
•   3 tbsp of evaporated milk
•   2-3 tbsp of condensed milk (adjust to taste)

The steps are:

1. In a small pot, add the water and ginger. Bring to a simmer (for about 5 minutes).
2. Add the tea bags and all of the spices.
3. Add evaporated milk and condensed milk. Then add a pinch of salt. Stir until combined and dissolved.
4. Turn off the heat. Pour the warm tea into a mug and ready to serve.
5. This is optional. If you love cinnamon just like me, you can top it with ground cinnamon or milk froth. Otherwise, you can leave it as it is.

There you have it. So, I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. That's all for now. I'll see you in my next post. Take care and stay safe everyone.

Much love,
Ieka.
